Hi Tony,

Welcome to the forum. Do you have anymore information on the DVR/NVR that you are using brand model number ect? This would help to find an answer to your problem.

Thanks

Hi tomcctv,

I never suggested giving us a call. I don't understand your fixation with the company name and our company i simply suggested that if you have any questions please feel free to private message me to not fill up the post. If you look at the top of the thread i am trying to help by finding out what DVR/NVR Tony1952 is using I apologise if you believe this to be promoting.

Thanks again.
