Wright 0 Posted June 23, 2011 Hey Has anyone ever seen the message "You may be a victim counterfeiting your system may become unstable" I bought this card 1280 PCI about 2 yrs. ago from a guy I worked with who was in construction and demolition and had removed it from a job we both worked on, I saw him pull it. I have been running it with out a problem for 1 yr. and out of the blue my geo software shuts down and the only way to get it back up is manually. Soundy 1 Posted June 23, 2011 The GV *software* is a free download if you have a legitimate card... if you paid someone for it, you got ripped off. That message you're seeing is usually a Windows message, stating that you probably have a pirated version of Windows. Are you sure this is a legit copy of Windows?
