gv card with win xp 32 bit----upgrade to 64 bit OS

i have a pc with windows xp 32 bit and a gv card.

i would like to install windows xp 64 bit but i want to make sure that i wont have any issues with the gv card and a 64 bit os (windows xp 64 bit).

is there a way to confirm before i start the process?

card is a gv 1480a

i suppose i could upgrade to win7 64 bit, but at this point it isnt worth it (other issues, i dont want to expand on them).
