White Flash Trail Camera

Hi all, This is my first post. I have a question about trail cameras but I want to use one in an urban environment as a deterrent as well as security. I'd like to install a flash camera that will capture the face of anyone walking up my driveway. I'm more interested in startling someone so they'll just turn around and walk back out the way they came in.

A little about me; I live in Bronx, NYC. All the houses on my block share driveways. So it's house - driveway - house, house - driveway -house, rinse and repeat. Last night someone walked up me and my neighbors shared driveway, walked to the shared garage area, unsuccessfully tried opening my wife's car door, and then opened my neighbors gate and stole all his laundry hanging on the line to dry. People walking up and down the block at night tugging on car door handles is common around these parts, but I've yet to have someone do that up the driveway.

My cameras captured it all, but my IR cameras aren't awesome at night, and the woman was covering her face and head with a towel. So as I said in the beginning, I'd like to change someone's mind, or at least make them think twice about walking up my driveway and it would seem a trail camera would fit the bill. But I'd prefer something that's WiFi or PoE so I can get the pictures via email. My current system an Hikvision NVR with 4 Hikvision cameras.

If they are covering up their faces, which more of them are doing, what is the point? If you really want to startle them and discourage them from coming further up the driveway, try a motion controlled sprinkler.
