Playback problem Hikvision DS-2CD2532F

Hello

I 've bought this camera and everything works like a charm except the playback option.

I can't play the recorded files from sd card directly when i use the playback option on web browser, but i can download them on my computer.

How can i fix this?

Ok, i fixed it.

It was the Kaspersky Antivirus that cause the problem.

I set an exception rule for the webcomponents.exe and it worked

Glad I found this post, had the same issue with Sophos.
