can't see cams away from home

I'm able to see my cams at home but when i try to login elsewhere from the phone i get this , login timeout -home ... what does that mean ?

try wifi on phone instead of 3G network when remotely.

It means you did not setup port forwarding properly and the cameras are not accessible outside your home network.

Do you have 2 "home" connections in your phone? ie; network (LAN) address when home and (WAN) address when away? I have mine named "Home LAN" and "Home WAN"

Examples: (IP addresses not your actual addresses)

192.168.1.10 (accessing your system via WiFi when home

123.456.78.90 (accessing your system on 3G/4G when away)

Sometimes when using a WiFi hotspot, in a remote location, a remote connection isn't possible. Won't get into the technical's on that.

Also, what are your required ports? Did you forward them in your router.

check your DDNS and DMZ enable in your router page and also forward the http port properly
