vista quantum factory restore

hi all

hope somebody can help my problem

I have a VISTA QP16-500HF at my business,

i need to do a factory reset, because i was setting up a new user account

and some how changed the admin rights

in other words have locked my self out ,and cannot get in to the settings

have tried Norbain did not want to know

any help or ideas would be appreciated
