H265+ issue or just DVR fail?

Hi guys,

 

I'm new on the CCTV systems, I have installed a DVR Hikvision (DS-7208HUHI-K1) and 3 cams (DS-2CE16H0T-ITF) and some videos are showing like this.

 

 

 

This is the configuration on the DVR:

 

Main Stream:

Resolution: 5M

Video Quality: Highest Quality

Frame Rate: 12 fps

Average Bitrate: 6174 Kbps

Video Encoding: H.265

H.265+: ON

 

Main Stream:

Video Quality: Highest Quality

Frame Rate: 12 fps

Average Bitrate: 10240 Kbps

Video Encoding: H.265

H.265+: OFF (Can't switch to ON)
