cpcam 507 acting like button stuck (hardware reset?)

I have a cpcam 507 its been working great for about a year and a half. All of a sudden out of nowhere it is asking for key lock password even with key lock set to never turn on. I enter 0000 it goes away. Then it randomly wants to go back to cam 8 all the time like button is pushing itself. Is there anyway to disconnect keys board internally? Will it boot up without board? I use remote view and remote control to access so I will not miss keys. Would a hardware reset possibly solve problem? I have current firmware installed. Thanks for any suggestions.
