geordie237 0 Posted August 2, 2014 I have tried to upgrade the firmware on my old CCTV DVR which is a KPRO 801D. It is now non functional, I suppose I have used an incorrect upgrade. Does anyone know how to re instal the old firmware. THe upgrade programme via the LAN connection says the DVR is not accepting log on. without a computer or tv GUI usb upgrade is not possible.what do you think? thanks, geordie Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
geordie237 0 Posted August 29, 2014 Hi there, just a follow up to my question. I managed to fix the problem of the faulty firmware upgrade with a 10LBS sledge hammer. I saved one of two electronic components for future use. the moral of this tale is - dont wast your life trying to fix crap. buy quality instead. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
