cannot install activex to view cameras ... cannot find link

Hi , I cannot get activex to either install or to find it to download manually .. for my CENOS DVR I have done a search for it but dont seem to get that either any help appreciated ...what I get is :

 

HTTP Status 404 - /custom/Cenos/TSWebClient_EN_SetUp.exe

 

 

type Status report

 

message /custom/Cenos/TSWebClient_EN_SetUp.exe

 

description The requested resource (/custom/Cenos/TSWebClient_EN_SetUp.exe) is not available.
