I have a Q-See (Dahua) QC8116 NVR, and I used to be able to download video files via q-seeqcview.com, but this week the site made me download and install a new P2P add-on, and it no longer has the file download option, only a lame view-only playback tab. Does anyone know of a standalone software package that will connect to the NVR and allow file download as well as live viewing, playback, and system configuration? Or, is there public source code that could be modified to control this NVR? So far, I've only used the Q-See add-on for IE, but I prefer Firefox or SeaMonkey browsers. Thanks, I'm a newbie here!
