VTH1520AH SCREEN TOUCH DRIVERS

hi

could anyone help me to know where is the driver in the firmware?

after an update the screen touch is uncalibrated.

any help are welcome.

Don’t know why wrong type of forum dahua cctv.

 

You need to go into your unit via pc or laptop and change screen settings sounds like your too high ... top of head 800x600

thank u tom but there's no way to get into my vth1520, there's no port 80 and no 21 open , the only way is to use the rs232 and tftp?

Why not keep it simple. Nothing for you to program

 

Go into unit via pc and pull up settings menu go configuration go screens and reset them

as i told u before there's no way to get into via pc or telnet

Why is there no way ???...... And I have said of telnet.

I know your screen is uncalibrated ...... You are still not answering the simple question

 

 

You came on the forum for help

 

Why can you not go in like you should with the units IP ??

Why do you tftp into it.

 

Plug direct into it ..... Not through local network .... Connect direct with a cable

 

Put IP into explore....... And menu screen pops up..... Go to configuration then screen settings ...... It can not be more simple .

10 mins out of your life .......your way ..... You have been doing for a week and still not got anywhere

Dahua put settings configuration this way for a reason .... To keep it simple.

 

Infact download the software from dahua onto a pen drive ..... Go to as above but go update software page.

If touch is not in sync with screen position, just simultaneously press UNLOCK + MENU, it will take you to screen calibration (several targets to click). But if the image has a left or right shift, there is no cure for it. Just rollback the update.
