Shutter speed adjustment = Darker image
So I have just adjusted one of my camera's shutter speed from Auto to 1/240 this setting has given me the desired effect that i wanted with regards to motion blur (vehicles passing by etc) however it has made the image slightly darker..
My question is do i now need to adjust the AGC to compensate and bring a bit of brightness back into the image? and do I go higher or lower?
My current settings
AGC: 12 Brightness: 11 Sense Up: 2 Daylight: Ext / Delay: 2 Smart IR: 2 IR: On
Thanks

Adjusted the AGC (Higher) too much noise.....changed DNR to High still noise but a little improved
Brightness didn't seem to make any differance

Increase light is about the only solution.
