recently i got problem cannot connect to my remote site, when i upgrade from version 7.1.0.0057 to version 7.3.0.0013C of NV3000 DVR card.

my remote site is using CM3000 version 5.1.0.0031 but the thing is i like using this version rather than the new version(ver.7.5.0.0021).

my LCD resolution is set to 2056X1024, it just can't accept!

any solution why it cannot connect to the older version of CM3000 with new version of NV3000?

My suggeston would be to upgrade to CM 7.5. CM 7.5 has many new features and you should be able to export and import the configuration. I would also upgrade the DVR software from 7.3 to 7.5.
