Hello, Night club is always challenge for any installer or SI for various type of lighting source, i.e. disco light, spot light and etc. And all is in lower lux. If all lighting is mix up you could find out just like abstract painting all bouncing to CCD/CMOS sensor. So as you mentioned, better deploy B/W or adjust OSD in box without IR/ white LED and pick up good lens in F1.2 or lower is best. On site turn all light then you could adjust moderate programe. Hello As I know most IP camera supplier is headach for LP capture for highlight bouncing at night time. Maybe you could consider carry out Vivotek or Axis which released some good stuff in deployed SONY exmore Sensor and P-IRIS lens which is excellent at day and night time.

in the light of photo you posted, there are some reason may caused it. One is sun high light bounced to camera so it menas you need to adjust angle. 2nd is intrinsic parametre is out of work in high AGC so it did explosure. Or have you make IR light is turn off, you know if its at wrong trogger IR it will making worst.
