I have problem, because I have the same software (2013-07-26) on my HDB3200C and HFW2100. When I log in web browser (Mozilla and IE) on my HDB3200C all works fine. But the problem is when I log in into HFW2100, I did not see any video. On Mozila have I info "the plugin is to old, or dosen't work". But why ? On 3200C work fine !!

I have Authentication - SSL, and Attachment is marked.

My IPC-HDB3200C camera, has two stream. Mainstream - 1080p and Substrem - D1. On Software Version 2.103.0000.0.T, build : 2012-09-11WEB she saw the same area on D1 as 1080p. But now on new Software Version 2.210.0001.0.R, build : 2013-05-17, WEB Version 3.2.1.105704; on D1 (SubStream) I see less area as 1080p. Is it a new software version where on D1 resolution I can see the same area as 1080p ? Propably D1 = 4:3 , 1080p = 16:9 proportions.

But all firmware (newer to) from HFW2100 will be work on IPC-HBD3200C ? Because I can't found new firmware to my HDB3200C So, I will try tommorow. But now on SubStream I see less area as earlier The SubStream (D1 resolution) is very imported for me. Someone can recommend PAL firmware to 3200C ? With on SubStream normal area, and where url snapshot worked.

It's possible to see the same area on D1 (Secondstream) resolution as HD resolution (Mainstream) ? My camera HFW2100

I have the same stream (D1) in my smatphone and I see the same area like on 1080p. Also I have similar camera IPC-HBD3200C (the same resolution) and it's all works fine. I see the same area on all streams. The question I why ?

Via URL command. I have update my HFW2100 and now snapshon via URL command works Now I need also new firmware for HDB3200C.

I have this camera. She has two streams (main and sub), main is high resolution and sub is lowest resolution. But sub stream looks like zoom in (on this screen I see less area as main stream), how can I change it ?
