black (camera was white)

Hi All,

I bought an unbranded ptz dome camera

After a few days I noticed 2 of the 6 LEDs were unlit (at night)

the seller sent me a replacement IR board with Leds but I still have the

same 2 lights unlit, the power supply is 12v 4A, I tried a 12v 5A psu but

still no joy with the 2 unlit lights?

Any help/pointers is appreciated
