i am wanting help with a ezviz   model no cs-cv310 security camera

i bought it second hand... the man told me it was no use to him anymore he bought new ones........told me it  had been wiped with no account on it.. haveing gone through setup it came up with a user account....... thats as far as i got   need to wipe the account from cameras acount

any help at all from you guys  thank you in advance

hi thanks do you mean switch off dvr after each password of the three keith

hi not sure whats happening I did not get the new password till today Friday... the new password again did not work and again the date as moved again now its 31-03-2000 so sorry if this is a problem thanks keith

hi I put the numbers in with no joy but I hAve noticed the date has changed

to 30-3-2000 keith
