Hi!
We have a surveillance recording system at home, but we currently have lost access to it. We can only see it on TV. We never needed to access the settings, until now. But unfortunately the gentleman who came to do the installation is no longer with us.
Is there a possibility (as I've read elsewhere on this forum) to reset the device to configure the same cameras again?
The P/N is: 1.1.03.01.0625

I have the same problem as dvrudo. The professional who installed it passed away a few years ago.  Can you help me?
