So have Prox reader on the door install the fail safe ( opens in no power conditons ) Lock install Egrees switch from inside!! so no need to have card to open from inside!!! ( where in those three display monitos been pluged!) Instead of viewing live ...Playback the respective cameras with conveniont time to you!!! I havant seen this model no. but after reffering manul realised so! we have similler 10 diffrent make product in india !!! may be there source is the same!!! very detail maual gives all info. If HDD OVERWRITE is set, the LED won’t be lit even though the space of HDD is less than 1GB. - POWER : The LED is lit when the POWER switch is on. better do the factory default and then disable the buzzers in the menu!! and using the s/w available on site will make it more simple (GUI based) kalp.

If it is a exixting hotel!! generally hotels have wireless enabled (wi-fi ) for internal WAN; hence wireless systems are nice ..avoid data cabling!! If good receiver used, cameras can talk thro' 5-6 walls!!! Same we implemented for one of our client !!! Kalp.

1st : Recommonded Video resolution is 1024 x 768 32 bit. 2nd : problem with the video memory!! view single camera at a time and check whether same proble persists..if no prob.s proble is no.2 ; u can increse it thro' CMOS setup what i faced with kodicom. kalp.

Major Video encoders support all standard protocol to support PTZ functions. Option 1 (if I/P is analog PTZ & O/P required is analog): Analog camera with PTZ control à connect to IP encoder (say AXIS 241S) à connect to wireless switch (say Motorola AP-5131-40020-WW) this will communicate to another wireless switch placed at Matrix Switcher End in the BMs room. à Install a decoder (say AXIS 292S) Only problem here is the decoder could not separate video signal & control signal!! So controlling has to be done thro’ accessing webpage of the encoder If analog O/P is not req. …you can skip decoder part!! certainly if the signals are on Ip...nobody want to move back to analog!! Is there any decoder which decodes video & control signal ....input of the protocol used with some info on baudrate etc. feeded in the settigs of decoder ?? kalp.

so you need to go for somthing with Progressive scan Image sensor with high fps recording above 30 fps!! Probably with small video analytics in built to make some decision making convennient to your client?? Could be a nice case study!! Good Luck Kalpesh Nikumbh India
