  1. Good afternoon, I have a very strange issue, I have asked the company I purchased the equipment from , however although they helped a little they wouldnt take a camera back to test it for me. So, in our shop I have a Hikvision IP system with 3 cameras, 2 internal domes and an exterior one. One evening I checked on the cameras using IVMS and noticed our shop was in blackness, weird. The IR didnt seem to be working at all on any camera. It was as if the IR had been turned of altogethor. Next morning I accessed the recorder then the cameras, everything was as it should be; I had changed nothing in the lead up to this. I have reset every camera manually using the reset button and updated both the firmware on the cameras and recorder. Nope, still no joy. Any ideas ? The cameras work flawlessly otherwise. The cameras do switch to b/w in low light. System : DS-7604NI-K1/4P 2 x DS-2CD2142FWD-I(2.8mm) DS-2CD2142FWD-I(4mm)
  2. I Have ANRAN IP CAMERA Model CA43 that has capable of WiFi connectivity, but my concern is how can i connect it to the NVR or DVR, because the NVR has ONVIF support but this camera has none, so how can i connect this to nvr when it has no feature onvif on it? ... can i use the rtsp or the CloudID. maybe you guys have solution to this, i think my camera is Standalone only for APP DVR and also this IP Camera has no Browser Capability. Hope you can help me guys. Thanks!

  5. Does anyone know if Hikvision have an external IP camera with 2 way Audio inbuilt on the market. I don't want any i/o or need to add power & speakers etc. Just something neat & tidy in one unit. They used to have some sort of Cube Cam if i'm not mistaken but think that's now discontinued. Thanks IA for any help.
  6. Does anyone have any feedback on this Yi IP cam? I'm looking to buy and need help with the final decision Amazon link
  7. Hi, I work at a restaurant where we use a Hikvision DS-7332HGHI-SH Turbo HD 1.0 with about 28 analog cameras. We have a couple cheap Jidetech P1 1080p PTZ IP cameras which we just started adding as we are interested in the whole video/power/PTZ over one cable convenience, and want to expand beyond the initial 32 analog channels (supports 40 channels total). However, one thing that seems inconvenient is viewing the IP cameras doesn't appear to be possible through the DVR using the IVMS-4500 software like the analog channels (?) The first IP camera we set up worked fine and shows up in our live view 6x6 grid as camera 33 just like the analog cameras, but in the IVMS software it's nowhere to be found - the list of cameras stops at 32. Is this normal behavior? Is there any way to make the DVR display the IP cameras through the IVMS software just like the analog cameras? We have a handful of people who use the app quite a bit and it's going to be a hassle to have to switch to and from different devices in the app rather than just have all the cameras on the DVR in one place. If anyone knows how to make the IP cameras behave like the analog cameras in IVMS I would love to hear it. Thanks!
  8. Hi Everyone. I rescued two stray cats. For a better care of them, I wanna install a monitor cam in the living home, only living room. I found some on amazon. But so confused by so many choices and prices. Anyone can help me with that? Thank you.
