Dome Camera - Incorrect Color Hue (Blues, Browns, Blacks)

Hi Guys,

 

I have a Dome camera with 1/3" Sony CCD imager, .1 lux. The image appears to have incorrect chroma/hue when plugged into select TV's / Monitors. The browns, blues and blacks (some of them) will show as a light green, almost as though NV is on. However, when a specific brown is held against a different shade of brown, just that one brown will appear incorrect.

 

The crazy part comes into play when i take the unit and hook it up to a different TV. That different TV will display the color properly.

 

Lighting is the same throughout both situations.

Cable length is less than 50'

Won't show correct color on all TVs or monitors but only on a few. (LCD and Standard

 

Not sure what is causing this issue.

 

Any ideas?

 

Some, not all, red will show up as light blue

Some, not all, browns, will show up as light green

Some, not all, blues, will show up as light green

Some, not all, greens, will show up very vibrant and over colored.

 

I have not tweaked the cameras settings. The camera is the following:

I understand, and to troubleshoot the devices, i used multiple displays (projector, LCD monitor with converter, LCD tv, standard tv, HD tv...) unable to find a pattern to it. Any ideas on how to work down a troubleshooting process on this?

Maybe the LENS doesnt have an IR Filter to achieve the correct colors

 

How would I test for that? As per the specs listed above, is there any way to tell?

If u using CRT style monitor

may be it need to be Demagnetize

Turns out it was the IR sensor stuck between full IR and non IR. the low lighting i guess was having the camera add in red hues to compensate. I tested in a white light room and did not have the same problem. TY for the help.
