blue lines disturb in cctv image, not an interference

Recommended Posts

any idea what are those blue lines coming from the top to the bottom of the screen at timed intervals of 20-30 seconds?

the image is taken from a pci cctv card and seen on a laptop, the analog output to a cctv screen doesn't show them.

Not too sure .. but u can try:

1) Change the power supply of the Camera ..

2) Change the DVR Card ..

Also .. not sure if I got u correct .. but u are u r plugging the BNC into a PCI DVR Card in your PC .. and watching it on your laptop?? If yes .. then how does it look on your PC?

Below a sample image of a very old black and white camera pointed to the street, well this is the poorest result I achieved.. just as reference..

with a newer camera and shorter cable run you can do best.. anyway the image resolution of an analog camera is always CIF4 (400Kb +/-)
