sf1964 0 Posted December 22, 2009 l am having trouble backing up a file from my ic realtime pro dvr.l am going through the process of backing up a couple of files to a usb stick,then when l try to play the video it says l have to reformat the disc.l did this one time (reformat) and uploaded the video to the memory stick and again the same thing happened re;wants to re format disc message!! l tried technical support but no one their!!!
