JustinCase 0 Posted August 17, 2010 Does anyone know how to change the image resolution on a BMP that you save from View Log? All my images are 320 x 240. I changed the video resolution to both 720 x 480 and 640 x 480 but my BMP images are still 320 x 240. I have a Geovision 650 and am running Multicam Surveillance System 8.3 on Windows XP. JustinCase 0 Posted August 17, 2010 I finally figured it out. You have to set it in different places: configure>A/V Setting/Video Source and click the drop down to select the resolution you want to record video at. then configure>General Settings>System Configure>Camera Record Setting (tab)>Recording Quality Click on green triangle to the right of Recording Quality and check what resolution you want to use.
