rayvyn 0 Posted February 15, 2011 I had to reinstall Windows XP due to Motherboard dying and I had to swap it out with the HDD. The units is been with the company for over 5 years and no one here knows who we bought it from since the IT personnel that did the purchase no linger work here since 2008. The Model # is DVR-9480 RACK Ver. 4.5.0.0 the software Im using is 5.5.0.0 Please assist. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

mssec 0 Posted February 18, 2011 You will have to install the card, but do not respond to any of the windows prompts to find drivers. Access the eyemax site and download the server software (5.5). This includes the drivers, DVR software, etc. Run the setup program, and the DVR will be up and running in minutes. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
