Dahua DVR and 3 E-mails Received on Each Motion Event

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I can't seem to fix this item....anytime a motion event is captured, I get 3 emails for each event. Each e-mail has slightly different content - I just care about the 1 e-mail with the snapshot. How do I turn off the other two?

Example 1:

Alarm event: Motion Detect

Alarm input channel No.: 4

Alarm device name: localhost

Sender IP address: 192.168.0.251 (This has the attachment, I want to keep these types of e-mails)

Example 2:

Alarm event: Motion Detect

Alarm input channel No.: 4

Alarm start time(D/M/Y H:M:S): 10/12/2011 7:3:37

Alarm device name: localhost

Sender IP address: 192.168.0.251

Example 3:

Alarm event: Motion Detect Clear

Alarm input channel No.: 4

Alarm stop time(D/M/Y H:M:S): 10/12/2011 7:4:8

Alarm device name: localhost

Sender IP address: 192.168.0.251

All of these are tied to the same event - any ideas?

PLEASE HELP!, i have this dvr:

http://www.pcplay.com.pe/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=131

and works with the DAHUA 3104 firmware. (i downloaded it and upgraded and works fine)

but it doesn´t send snapshot to the mail, it only sends the same info ISELFSTORAGE told:

Alarm event: Motion DetectStart

Alarm Begin Time: 2012-12-22 14:36:11

Alarm input channel No.: garage(4)

Alarm device name: HouliSecurity

Sender IP address: 192.168.1.10

the manual that came with it shows photos of the "snapshot settings" but these options don´t appear in the dvr.

Is there a way to upgrade with a firmware that allows this snapshot/mail function?

MANY MANY THANKS!
