Some one advidedme to contact provider and ask them for set ip adress. Is it pos?

Your router is indeed behind another router performing address translation. Chances are your internet provider is doing carrier-grade nat. As to 'why?', ISPs do this to overcome an IPv4 address shortage. This way, they can provide internet access to many customers using just one public IP.

 

Do you think thats the reason my camera not acsessing HiDDNS?

Contact provider now have the same ip 23. x x x x xx x

 

But still HiDDNS say i am in the wrong region and please change in DDNS config. Dotn know what else to do

Dos anyone know if V5.3.0 version software have option to change region on DDNS as my V5.2.0 do not have option.......Maybe thats why having probs to acsees my camera in Barbados. Set up in UK to make sure is working was fine now problem "The device is not registered in the current region, please edit the device DDNS configuration" But my 5.2.0 version soft do not have option to change region
