Hi Scott, no I didn't.

But I have someone looking at the problem tomorrow who knows how to fix. So I will post when he has sorted and let you know if you wish ?

Yep

Okay then it's almost identical to a QVIS interface. Can you tell me what the remote client software is on your CD is it CMS or PSS.

or open the network menu and say what the default media and mobile monitor ports are.

Thi si just to identify the sGUI closer. then I can help you.

to start with log into the admin account and right click select record mode to ensure recording is enabled on the channels you are using

select 'schedule' and save

PS: The default admin password is blank (and dont forget to log-out when you are finished)

i was just thinking that as this reply came.

didnt want to open it as its new & would void any warranty if there is any.

tried that still the same.

when i boot it up hdd light flashes on then goes out.

if i go to hdd management no hdd is showing.

in the top left of the screen it shows a small hdd with exclamation mark

Hi Scott. Mine is doing the exact same thing in what you just mentioned. Have you got the sunluxy h.264 dvr?

I emailed the seller. And they do not have a hdd in them ! Very disappointing I know ! I have since contacted them and sent back the item and am getting a new one with a hdd already installed ! Haha !

What a mess around !

Ok, in that case have you tried setting it up what to record in the settings? E.g motion recording?

You have to do it individually for each individual camera.

Have you tried that? Or would you like me to post a video link on how to do so ?

Hi

I have had my Sunluxy H.264 for a while now and I cannot get it to record.

I have attached HDD and the blue light is on, camera feeds are on.

I have no idea how to setup even continuous record, and would really like Motion record to work.

If I walk in front of the cameras the green man appears I guess indicating motion! But no recording.

If I go into playback, it says no recording file found (or similar)

Thanks in advance
