avigilon client connection

Recommended Posts

Which ports do I need to forward to remotely connect to ACC 5.0 server from offsite?

I'm using ssh to connect, and tried to forward port 38880, but no luck.

For ACC 5.x and the client software to see the server across web -

TCP Ports: 38880-38881

UDP Ports: 51000-55000

Mobile gateway if the gateway server software is running the default used

is TCP/UDP port 80 or 443 for secure.

any of the above can be changed from the defaults if you need be.

If you look at on your server where you have Control Center Admin Tool running you can see the ports that are required for remote access for the client software.

Control Center Admin Tool> Settings> Network

To configure the Gateway ports you will do this from the Gateway configuration browser. If you have not change the ports and you have nothing else running on port 80 you will be able to congiure the Avigilon Gateway Server by clicking on the Avigilon Control Center Gateway icon or entering 127.0.0.1 in your browser on your server.
