insane 10 site cctv display monitoring software problmes

hi guys and gals

 

i have done a 9 screen display system for a well know pizza shop which has 10 sites

 

now pc system for recieving is way over spec and net is all good on all sites but i need a program that will run 10 windows (1 per site) most only do four windows

any help would be a great and i will post a few pics of set up at a later date

ps i used screen fusion for 9 monitor set up

pps i can get all 10 sites throught ie but ie freezes up from time to time and they have to restart ie and log back in to each site (pian in arse for customer)

Is this an IP or analog system?

qvis apollo system on each site and a monster pc to recieve it all with 9 screens

Hi. You would have better control and reliable system if you use a

 

M30 or M60 dahua video wall controller

If that is a Dahua device, which I think it is, try PSS and Smart PSS. They support multi monitor (but I am not sure if they do support up to 9 monitors).

tried using both of them only does 4 screens at once

 

any idea how to run it more than one ver at a time on windows 8.1 ????

Doesn't QVIS offer their own rebranded app? Maybe, just maybe, you can try to run both apps at the same time. So you can have one use 4 monitors, and the second app another 4. Or you might also try to run PSS and Smart PSS at the same time.

can get pss to work but smartpss works fine !!!! but nice idea

 

think im going to try out 3 screens with with all site split across the 3 hope it works

 

more tomorrow as got a few hours with machine !!!

 

ps i downloaded both smart pss and pss from qvis

Not that i know anything about this qvis, dahua wall controller thing but

what about running 3 PC's, 2 1gb graphics cards, 3 monitors each as well as each running an instance

of their viewer software looking at different cameras but tie it all together by loading

a free shareware software package called www.inputdirector.com

Control multiple pc's from 1 pc/mouse/keyboard.

I've used in a casinos, hospitals, and other locations, works great!
