login timeout with idmss. remote fails, works on local wifi

Recommended Posts

Having trouble setting this up with my system:

Using Dlinkddns.com and the ip and port are visible using online tools.

Router points to correct local IP device

Port is 37777, protocol set to both UDP and TCP. This is the same for private and public port

logins tried are set to reusable

register mode is set to ip/domain

I get the error "Login Timeout" with a good login or a bad one.

I am using version 3.30.0000

Using the outside network to ping the ddns address to ensure it's working fine. If the result is connection time out (it show the IP but can't tranfer data) then some ISP blocked NAT, you have to contract the ISP to tell them enable NAT service
