dwise1 0 Posted April 25, 2015 I have a new Sannce 8CH system and most everything is working fine. I can view live from IPhone or Ipad. What I can't get to work is the email notifications. I keep getting an error "USERNAME ERROR". I have my email setup on several devices and I am sure of the outgoing server and port. Anyone else have a similar issue? Numb-nuts 1 Posted April 25, 2015 Check the entry for USERNAME is correctly entered with no spaces no commas etc Some devices will not accept hyphens in a username either so you'd have to set up a email address without one just to use the DVR email notification function.
