ACC5 Server - External Notifications?

I know we can set-up external notifications (email) on the ACC Client - but I don't think there is a way to set-up external notifications on the ACC Server?

 

My set-up is a central server, ACC5 Server and Gateway running, and a handful of separate clients connecting to the server. I am less concern if 1 client loses the connection to the server - but very concerned if the server shuts down, loses connection to a camera, etc.

 

Is there a way to set-up external notifications on ACC5 Server?
