Wonderlands 0 Posted October 13, 2015 It seems that they support remote view via ViewEasyV2 in your iPhones or android phones. To make it work. First, you have to set up the IP Address, Gateway, and Primary DNS on your DVR to make sure its network compatibility. Then, Just scan the bar code and download the phone app and type in your DVR account information. Input the serial number of your DVR, now all set for remote access. Also noted that it’s essential to set up the Gateway and DNS exactly the same for your DVR and computer. Otherwise, your mobile devices cannot proceed to extranet remote access.
