hollyandtheivybhx 0 Posted January 22, 2016 Hi I purchased a FLOUREON 8CH CCTV HDMI 960H/D1 DVR Outdoor Security Camera System and all has been well for 7 months but recently we had a power cut and now 4 out of the 4 cameras when shown on the monitor screen now have a pink cast and a pixalated picture. I was sent a new powerpack as they said that was the problem but after installation the problem is still their. Has anyone on the forum had a similar issue and I have attached a screen shot to show the issue. The problem is with cam 1-2-3-8 also cam8 has angled lines on it can you tell me where these have come from Thanx in advance Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Wonderlands 0 Posted January 23, 2016 Have you tried tweaking any of the display settings in the dvr for each 4 camera? Could be your hue is off and you need to drop the saturation a bit. Have you tried another TV/other cams for both live view and playback of recorded? If those still won't work it out, my advice is that contact them via their official facebook page, where you can get your questions answered in time. Last time when I stuck on the set-up problem, I left a message on their official facebook page and got my problem solved on the second day. Hope it helps.
