Nelix 0 Posted July 31, 2016 Hi all I'm looking for a bit of advice. I am working on a little project, just as a "something to try" type of thing. I have several Sony EX480 camera modules and was wondering if there is any way to utilise them without having to have a dome housing as I want to try and make this as small as possible. Is there such a thing as a housing that has the ribbon cables included that could be used. I am then looking to use an IR filter on the camera and an IR illuminator to have a play with ANPR. I also need to know how I can set the shutter speed on the camera for ANPR use as a high shutter speed is needed. Has anyone done this or similar before, seems a shame to buy dedicated equipment when I could possibly utilise what I already have. Hope someone can help.
