Eagle Eye Playback query

Hi Guys,

 

Need some expertise advice on my situation.

 

am unable to see any recorded footage (calendar) on the eagle eye apps (paid), thought it was not recorded, therefore did a check in the DVR (DG1008), is recorded and no issue on the playback from there (DVR).

 

No idea what happen - headache!

Hi, ive tested the basic also the same, my other dvr but diff model have no issue.

 

 

The unit you are trying to connect .... Have you been able to connect in the past or is this your first time.

 

What avtech is the problem one ...... And which model are the other two
