mall you are doing is confusing the thread 

screen shots must be taken of your own recorder. Using other peoples will not work on yours 

it also tells you at the bottom of the screen not to switch off from it till new password is inserted

Hi sorry about that not very good with tec if I was to screen shot a pic could you get pass code from it it’s just like the one I screen shot

@tomcctv just to let you know - don't know what I was doing wrong the other day, but I've downloaded the cctv super password app to generate a new super password today and it has worked. Thanks very much for all your help.

I am not the manufacturer you don’t have any service contract with me …. I am not responsible for your lost password I never installed your system

i am a forum member who helps with passwords……. Not many people have the password generator for TVT systems they are made secure for a reason infact one of the most secure systems on the market 

I have already said using other members screen shot is no good for you

I have tried contacting my installer with no luck was many year ago I just came across this forum and seen you where good at helping people with cctv all I’m after is getting back in it your the only person I’ve come across that seems to know what they are doing a simple yes I can help or no sorry can’t help would be fine thanks Ray

but you need to sit back and read the posts

Like I say I’m crap with tec didn’t even realise I’ve screen shot someone twice yes once other must have been a mishap some how just let me know what I need to do thanks
