The code given is the right one you might of locked out password change with doing more than 10 attempts so you will need to do it with your serial number you need to download SPD2 pack to generate the code. I could do it for you ....... But politeness costs nothing.... You can do yourself with info provided. Serial number is on bottom of recorder ..... Or go into wizard and scan SN barcode.
