poppelappel 0 Posted January 22, 2019 Hello i have a Dahua HCVR 5104-v2 and i have bought 2 new HDW1400EMP A for replacement my problem is i can not get video i have new firmware on the recorder and when i put my older 1,3 mp camera they are working normal could it be that the new cameras are not compatible ? thank You Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
tomcctv 187 Posted January 22, 2019 Hi. Your recorder is not forward comparable your new cameras are 4mp and your system only uses 1.3mp (720p) you will need a new cvi recorder for 4mp Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
