Hikvision NVR Admin Password not working

I installed a DS-7608NI-E2/8P NVR 2 weeks ago. Customer calls and says it's no longer working. Come back to site and I can't get in to admin account. Startup wizard was on screen.  I called Hikvision and they say its unauthorized and wont help. Can I get help here resetting password. I have downloaded SADP tool but have not had any luck using it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the quick reply.  The SADP tool says the start time is 2/19/2019. Will the code work for that date? Also do I put the code in the password space under admin?

this is my first post, today bought a used hikvision dvr, the seller has forgoten the password, tried many combinations but not use. It is hikvision model is DS-7104HGHI-F1/N and serial no. 676007627

please help...........
