Bosch VEZ--021 replacement install - No PTZ

Hello all, new to the forum.

I have replaced a Bosch VEZ -021 that lost auto focus control with an identical Bosch. Upon install though, I do not have PTZ control through Avigilon on the new 021. I do have live video, but no PTZ. Any thoughts?
