Hikvision DS-7208HQHI-K1 "Not enough resource for human body analysis engine"

Hi all

 

I have bought a Hikvision DS-7208HQHI-K1 NVR recently and I've tried to set up "Intrusion" and "Line Crossing" detection for all my 5 cameras (analog no ip ones).

 

I was able to set up Intrusion detection and Line Crossing detection for only 3 of my cameras.

Whenever I try to set "Intrusion" and "Line Crossing" detection" for the rest of my 2 cameras I receive the error: "Not enough resource for human body analysis engine". You can see the error popup message in the bottom right corner of the attached screenshot.

 

Does anyone know, is this a FW limitation or a feature limitation, because I couldn't find anything related about this error anywhere on the interweb?

Is this a firmware bug?

Current FW: V4.21.100 build 200307 (last as I'm aware, I've updated it a few weeks ago)

I checked the datasheet of DS-7208HQHI-K1. This model only supports 2-ch Line Crossing Detection/ Intrusion Detection.
