Benjam2n 0 Posted May 16, 2022 Hi all, We own and maintain a retail unit however the whole premises is leased out therefore we have no premises on site ourselves. We are looking to install a system that covers the whole premises however due to the above, one of the options we have come up with is to have an outside enclosure to house the NVR unit and have electricity fed by solar which should provide at least 100w which should be sufficient. It depends on the number of cameras and nvr power drew 100w dc is only 6amp so can’t run much and without battery storage you will have no night protection if you own and rent out the premises then why not use the power already in place ……just add extra meter for system power usage Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
