Recommended Posts

Hello, I want to put a 2nd view to downstairs with a already premade cat5e wire, what is the best way to do this? any advice? All i got left is a VGA port on the Reolink NVR but the 2nd tv only have a HDMI port. I want to use the prewired cat5e wire too.

Hello. An HDMI over Cat5e/6 extender allows you to leverage the prewired Cat5e wire for extending the HDMI signal. This works well for distances up to 100 feet or more, and it is a convenient way to connect the NVR to a TV that does not have an HDMI port.

Keep spamming it makes good reading ……. Can I ask you HOW does a hdmi extender connect to a TV without hdmi Port

your link shows a well over priced KVM converter not a hdmi extender
