Hi, I have a EONBOOM EN-618V DVR without installasion disc. My problem is that I want to watch the live feed from my phone or tablet and all the softwares I tried ask for a USERNAME. Now this particular model does not have a username to login, only a password wich can be administrator or regular user password. If I leave the userfild blank in the mobile app however, it won't let me connect. I need the software if anyone has it or maybe an alternative solution or maybe some idea of how the connection is made to the server in the absence of a username. I got stuck. AAny help would be appreciated.
