Think i figured this out. The router had an annoying ftp port forward that was conflicting with it. Also the DVR had to be set to DHCP. I fixed the IP to static on the router itself.

Hi all, I am using Sentient 960h camera and KGuard software to view the cameras on my phone. It works fine when I am connected on the LAN. But on mobile data connection it does not. I have opened the ports on my router (a horrible tg 582). But it still does not work: Here is the Software of the Camera screenshot: and here is the router where I opened the ports: And finally I have attached the IP of the camera to those forwarded ports: But when I try and access the app on my android phone it will not connect. I think the ports are still closed maybe. When I try canyouseeme.org (which i don't understand seeing as it looks at your public port) it says shut. Any ideas? I am really at a loss. Thanks
