Just to update thread. I've binned this DVR and purchased another.

Typical. As soon as I posted the above I found out how to access the menu.

Hi all, Purchased a PTZ DOME 216T camera from the bay to replace my faulty one anyway...... The old PTZ was controlled via a RS485 Keyboard but I could not for the life of me access the camera inbuilt menu to turn off the auto tracking. I have since plugged the camera into my CCTV recorder and again I cannot find out how to access the cameras menu system. Does anyone have a clue? Thanks, Brian

Hi Guys, I'm from the UK and purchased a DVR915 unit 2 years ago and until tonight its been working flawless but............ I attempted to reset the network settings so I can try and access the footage from outside my network but for some unknown the system now asks for a admin password. I've tried 000000 123456 12345 1234 And so far nothing works. Any ideas? Cos Im lost. Regards Brian
